In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns on Roseve Jewellery.

If the product is deemed faulty, please email us at rosevejewellery@outlook.com to obtain a full refund.
Please contact us within 28 days of shipment and refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Note that overdue requests will not be accepted.
